We’re looking for someone who’s excited to improve processes, support people, and help shape a better employee experience.
As our HR Intern, you’ll work on project-based assignments that enhance our HR operations, strengthen our culture, and support the overall satisfaction of our workforce.

💬 Internships are unpaid, but lunch and transport costs are covered.

📋 What You’ll Do

HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with the People team to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in building project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables.

  • Research, gather data, and support project decision-making.

  • Monitor project progress, manage operations, and pivot when needed.

  • Communicate clearly with managers and partners on updates and requirements.

  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, and project follow-up.

Examples of Projects You Might Work On

Contracting

  • Build a streamlined process for freelancers, part-time, and full-time employees.

Growth & Learning

  • Create a custom Learning & Development program: courses, coaching, mentorship.

Culture

  • Plan employee engagement moments and cultural initiatives that boost team cohesion.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Analyze our packages, benchmark the market, and make recommendations.

  • Help explore or design a cafeteria plan based on employee need

Job requirements

🌟 Who You Are

  • Studying HR, Office Management, Applied Psychology, or Work & Organizational Psychology.

  • Energized by working with people and empathizing with different perspectives.

  • Fun, collaborative, and also able to work independently.

  • Comfortable sharing and receiving feedback.

  • Able to research and apply legal information (Social Law experience = bonus).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
